Returning packages

Little Steps offers a 14- day right of return from the day you receive your item.

If you wish to return one or more items, a return label can be purchased for 49 DKK by writing to us at Info@littlesteps.dk

The amount will be deducted from your refund amount.


If you use our return label, the package will be sent insured and can be followed via Track & Trace.


When you want to send an item back, you must:

1. Pack the item in its original packaging, i.e. the products in the box, etc. (see details under "Condition of the item when returning").
2. Pack the item securely so that it is not damaged during transport.
3. Contact us by email at Info@littlesteps.dk to purchase a return label.
4. Return the item using our return label or a self-purchased return label.

You are of course welcome not to use our label and arrange for the item to be returned to Little Steps' address yourself. We recommend that you send the package insured, as Little Steps cannot be held responsible for any losses. If you do not use our return label, you will receive the full amount for the item back. NOTE: We only accept packages that are sent directly to the address as business shipping:

When you return the item, it is your responsibility to ensure that the package reaches us safely. We therefore recommend that you always get a receipt for the delivery to the shipping company. This applies both when you use our return label or send the item yourself. If your package is lost or damaged during transport, it is your responsibility to obtain compensation from the shipping company you used.
If you have purchased multiple items in the same order, you have the option to return one or more of the items. The same rules as above apply.

You cannot cancel your purchase from Little Steps by refusing to accept the item or by not picking it up from, for example, a parcel shop. If you refuse to accept your item, or if you do not return the item yourself, Little Steps will be charged an additional return shipping cost. This applies to both "receipt refused" and "package not collected". This additional cost of DKK 49 will be deducted from your return amount when the returned item is refunded.


Exchange

When exchanging, you must place a new order and return the old order. The same rules for using a return label apply here.

The condition of the item when you return it

If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase price back.

This means that the item must have original tags on it, otherwise it cannot be sold to a new recipient. The item must be sent in its original packaging.
In addition, the item must not smell of perfume or smoke. If the item was sealed upon delivery, this must not be broken.

We therefore recommend that you return the item in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a decrease in the value of the item.

You are responsible if the item is damaged during the return. Therefore, pack the item carefully.

Money back

The money will be returned to the same account from which it was withdrawn.
If necessary, use a return label from Little Steps for your package. The amount will be deducted from your return amount.
Once we have received your return package, we will refund the amount within 1-5 business days. During busy periods it may take up to 14 days.

Complaint

When making a complaint about an item, please send a picture and description of the error or defect to Info@littlesteps.dk. You will then receive further information about the matter.

At Little Steps you always have a 2-year warranty, provided you can show a receipt (email or order number) for your purchase. We therefore recommend that you keep your receipt, so we can help you if there are any problems with your product.

Within 2 years you have the opportunity to have the product repaired, exchanged, a price reduction or your money back, depending on the specific situation. This only applies if the complaint is justified and if the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior. For products with a limited shelf life, your right to complain is limited by the shelf life that Little Steps has offered you.

If there is a defect in your product, please contact Little Steps as soon as possible. We recommend that you write to us at Info@littlesteps.dk, describing the defect and sending a picture of the defect.

If the complaint is justified, Little Steps will pay for your (reasonable) shipping costs. You will have your shipping costs covered by sending a copy of your receipt (for shipping costs) to Info@littlesteps.dk. If the complaint is not approved, you must pay all shipping costs yourself, including our shipping costs for returning the item after examination. You are responsible for ensuring that the item is returned in proper packaging, and you are also responsible for the package until we receive it. We therefore recommend that you save the postal receipt including information about shipping costs and any track and trace number.

Please note that we do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery or similar.
